Great care when needed

My 1year old son was unwell last week and even though there were no appointments left for the day when I called the practice kindly agreed to add him to the end of the day. The doctor we saw was caring, professional and gave really helpful advice. Thank you

They do a great job - big improvement on other GPs locally

Thought I had sent a review of the practice yesterday but I can't see it so trying again. Am posting because surprised by some of the bad reviews here. It is hard to get an appointment but that is the case at all GP practices now and that's because the NHS has been cut to the bone. I have only been with the practice a few months but I have found them so very much better than another local practice I was with before, which was absolutely dreadful. The difference with Honor Oak is that you can tell they have standards and they do care, they are obviously doing the best that can be done. The reception staff have been so helpful to me, they are just marvellous compared with the horrible crew at my previous GP practice. I think anyone who goes to Honor Oak can see how hard they have to work.

Amazing Service

My dear friend is a new patient at this practice. She is very seriously ill and this practice have been brilliant. They registered her promptly, I found the reception team a shining example of how a team should work together and for the patient. Nothing has been too much. The practice staff have come across as caring and kind. I have only had experience of 2 GP's on the telephone and again, I can not fault them either. I had no problem getting through and a home visit was given without question and left me comforted that my friend would be looked after.

Very good.

I registered on a Monday. A doctor examined me on Tuesday. A nurse ran a test on my urine. And blood test was booked for the following day. They were busy but I only had to wait 25,minutes to see the doctor.
